Make sure that throughout this process you try to visualize the possibilities and have some fun!

 

Shipping charges and timelines for your order are determined by the carrier you select and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This information comes automatically from the carrier you select and will change whenever that carrier changes their rates. This will also vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.

- Wigs and toppers in original factory condition (unaltered, unstyled, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling products)

- All original packaging must be included (including free gifts, hair nets, tags, netting, etc.)

- Must be in the mail, on its way back to us within 30 calendar days of the day tracking indicates it was delivered to your location

Navidium will supply you with a replacement of your purchase if your order gets lost or stolen. The coverage is calculated at checkout based on the total cost plus shipping. If something went wrong with your Navidium protected order, you can report an issue by filing a claim directly via our customer care team: support@hairkittykitty.com -- we will handle the entire process for you!

We do this to ensure safety for our customers and to have the packages successfully delivered. Any packages that have been rerouted back to us will incur extra shipping fees to have the package redelivered. Please be sure to plan accordingly.

Please expect seasonal shipping delays resulting from high-volume shopping holidays, such as Memorial Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday, and the Christmas season. Please expect these as a common occurrence these times of year and plan accordingly.

Our company accepts no responsibility for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged. This includes "porch pirates." Please make sure that you provide a secure shipping destination for all of your orders with us.

Processing time = 2 - 5 business days after order is placed *Please note that shipping to a PO box or a non-residential address may add to this timeline.
