Q: Can I swim with a wig on?

We don't recommend it. The chemicals and salts in swimming water can damage the hair and make it feel brittle. The hair gets dried out and becomes very prone to tangling. We recommend finding a cute swimcap instead. They look very normal at the pool. Wide-brimmed hats look great in outdoor pools and are also very functional. Play around to find the solution or combination of solutions that works best for you.
