Hair Kitty Kitty is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail or abducted by porch pirates. Navidium covers the gap and gives you the ability to relax knowing that no matter what happens, your order is protected. Add Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout (calculated on the shipping portion of the checkout menu) for some peace of mind. Receive a refund or replacement of your order if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. (Note: The shipping companies' standpoint on this is that orders without this protection are the customer's responsibility once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Many people do not know this about the logistics chain of responsibility. Navidium will help cover that gap if you're concerned about it.)
