Q: Why can't I use normal shampoo and conditioner on my synthetic wig?
This is a synthetic material, similar to polyester or nylon. The chemicals in human hair care products that are designed to condition and tame biohair just sit on top of synthetic, creating a thick layer of build-up that is nearly impossible to remove. Worse than that, many human hair care products have astringent compounds, such as alcohol, that can permanently damage the polymers of synthetic hair fibers.

This is a color with cool undertones. This typically means that the undertones are pink, blue, purple, green, or grey. This can be a very subtle, subjective thing to determine.
