What do you mean by "unlock the curls"?

Curls on synthetic wigs can look very uniform and doll-like out of the box. Unlocking the curls loosens them up a little so they look more natural. The easiest way to do this is by holding upside down by the nape and gently shaking once or twice.

Willow, my new best friend

I was concerned she would be too much hair for this ol’ gal, (I’m 69) but not in the least. I trim bangs into every wig I own and Willow took it exceptionally! Strawberry Shake-R is the softest pink, lighter on the ends with a most natural looking light brown root. Comfortably fits my larger than average head. I wore her the day she arrived without much time to mess with her and got SO MANY compliments. Waiting for more colors to come back in stock so I can try some others.

Willow Rocks!

I love her! I'm 75, and no way do I intend to have white or grey or silver hair. Pastels are perfect for me. That's why I chose Strawberry Shake-R and Mermaid Kisses-R. Out of the box, Willow is wearable with just a shake of her gorgeous curls. I've worn wigs since 1990 due to alopecia, and many were very expensive. NONE can hold a candle to the Wigs Forever line, and Wigs Forever is far more affordable. The cap is the most comfortable I have owned, and it's very adjustable. The hair is not crazy shiny like many synthetic wigs -- just enough to look lively and real. The movement is natural, and the rooting of Strawberry Shake is lighter in tone, which I find more compatible with my complexion. The color is distributed in varying shades throughout the wig, just as it would be if you dyed your bio hair. It isn't just one shade. Usually, I don't wear wigs that don't have bangs due to sensitive eyes following surgery. However, the cut used on Willow makes the front of the wig very easy -- I brushed it out of my eyes with my fingers, and it just stayed throughout all day on Christmas, even though the wind was gusting.

Carla,
We're glad you like Willow, and we appreciate the insight you've shared with the community.
